Move the mouse pointer to the upper left corner of the rectangular section that you are going to create, hold down the left mouse button and drag the mouse to the lower right corner of the rectangle. Release the mouse button. You have now created a selection, and the rectangle will be highlighted.

Right click and select the option Create Free Quotation. Alternatively, you can also select the equivalent button in the ribbon.
