Removing Group Members

You can remove group members at four different locations:

Project Explorer

Open the branch for a group, select one or more items that you do not want to have in the group, right click and select Remove from Group from the context menu.

In Managers

Open a Manager and select a group.

Select one or more items in the list that you do no longer want to have in the group, right click any of the selected items and select Remove from Group from the context menu.

Open a Manager and select a group.

Select one or more items in the list that you do no longer want to have in the group, right click on the group and select Remove from Group in the context menu.

Removing Group Members in the Group Manager

Open the Group Manager by double-clicking on a group in the Project Explorer.

Alternatively:

In the Home tab, click on the drop-down for documents, codes, memos or networks and select the respective Group Manager.

Next select on ore more items on the left-hand side in the pane: 'Documents / Codes / Memos / Networks in group' and move them to the right-hand side 'Documents / Codes / Memos / Networks not in group' by clicking on the button with the right arrow (>). You can also double-click each item you want to remove.

Deleting Groups

Select one or more groups in the Project Explorer or the side panel of a manager.

Right-lick and select Delete from the context menu.

It is also possible to delete a group in a Group Manager. In Group Managers you can only delete one group at a time.
